We don’t explain quality. We live it.
8ttogrammi is a family-run coffee roastery and café founded 2017 in Germany.
The company focuses on handcrafted production, in-house processes, and consistent quality standards across all areas of operation.
From the beginning, 8ttogrammi has worked with a clear structure and direct responsibility for its products. Core activities are carried out internally, ensuring transparency, continuity, and control.
8ttogrammi has been operating as a coffee roastery since 2017.
Coffee is roasted in small batches, with defined roasting profiles developed to achieve balance, clarity, and consistency.
Selection, roasting, and preparation are managed internally, allowing full oversight of the process from raw coffee to final cup.
What began as a single cappuccino evolved into a moment that travelled far beyond the cup.
A private commission for a sponsor from Dubai gave birth to one of the most distinctive works created by Francesco Bozzato: a cappuccino inspired by Van Gogh’s Starry Night, finished with 18-karat gold. Not designed for repetition, not created for display — but crafted as a singular expression of precision, patience, and control.
The piece quickly resonated far beyond its origin. What was once a fleeting moment at the coffee bar found its way onto an international stage, featured across television, radio, newspapers, and magazines worldwide. From BBC in England to DPA in Germany, from SAT.1, RTL, and TVO, to major regional broadcasters and radio stations in Bavaria and Munich, the story travelled across borders and languages.
It appeared in renowned publications such as La Stampa, in American magazines, and on large-scale billboards in New York’s Times Square — a place where fleeting images compete for attention, yet this one stood still long enough to be noticed.
What connected these platforms was not spectacle, but restraint. Not volume, but detail. A reminder that craftsmanship, when executed with sincerity, speaks universally — even when it exists only briefly, dissolving the moment it is touched.
This cappuccino was never meant to last.
Its story, however, continues to travel.
At 8ttogrammi, coffee is roasted slowly and deliberately, all the way to the heart of the bean. Produced in-house and served exclusively in Las Galletas, our coffee is defined by depth, warmth, and a remarkably low acidity, created through extended roasting and careful control. The result is a smooth, full-bodied cup designed to be enjoyed more than once a day — calm, comforting, and rich in character.

Artisan Focaccia Production
Cristopher prepares our focaccias fresh every day, entirely by hand and produced in-house.
From dough to oven, every step remains under our direct control, ensuring consistency, quality, and character.
We use selected Italian flour, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh yeast: an almost magical, 100% natural dough, free from preservatives and additives, left to mature with the right time and respect for tradition.
The result is authentic, light, and fragrant focaccias, filled with creative combinations made exclusively with high-quality Italian products.
This is how our focaccias are created: genuine, artisanal, and made with passion—every single day.

OUR WATER – PURITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
In every coffee, every glass, and every drop we serve, there’s a conscious choice.
All the water we use – for our coffee, our drinks, or simply as table water – is purified through a professional reverse osmosis system, removing up to 99% of impurities.
This means pure taste, consistent quality, and most importantly, respect for the environment.
We chose this path because we believe the future of hospitality lies in sustainability: no more plastic bottles, tons of waste saved, and a real commitment to our planet.
Yes, this choice comes with higher costs.
But we believe that true value lies in what you don’t immediately see – in the purity of the water, the care for the planet, and the respect for those who choose us every day.
A small gesture for us,
A big step for a cleaner world.
