Latte Art

Not reproduced.
Not staged.

Arises in the moment.
And disappears with it.

Francesco Bozzato’s latte art is neither intended for explanation nor for repetition. It is created in the moment – shaped by hand, guided by timing, control, and intuition. Each piece develops without a template, without a stencil, and without a guaranteed outcome. It appears – and disappears as quietly as it emerged.

These works are neither decoration nor performance. They are an extension of the coffee itself. Latte art is inherently ephemeral. It exists only for a moment; as soon as the surface is touched, it dissolves. It is precisely this finitude that gives it meaning.

No copies. No rehearsals. No repetitions.

The techniques remain deliberately understated – not out of secrecy, but out of respect for the craft. What is crucial is not the method, but the tension between control and freedom, between structure and movement. Color, contrast, and form follow discipline – never excess.
